We aim to deliver high-quality fencing and garden products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

• Item must be unused, in original condition

• Custom-cut items or special orders cannot be returned

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days

• Partial refunds may apply for damaged or used goods
